In-Store Pickup
Customers may select a pick up location from any one of our three locations: Burnaby Mountain Campus, Surrey Central, and Vancouver Harbour Centre (Downtown). Orders will be available for pick up 20 minutes after the processed email has been sent. The pickup fee is non-refundable.
Orders for pick up at a different campus from where the course is taught can take an additional 3 - 10 business days to process. All course materials are held at the campus the course is taught. Centre for Online and Distance Education (CODE) course materials are fulfilled through the Burnaby campus Bookstore.Orders are only processed during the Burnaby Bookstore's operating hours, excluding holidays. Standard Shipping
Customers select the shipping destination appropriate to the destination location. Shipping can take up to five business days in Canada to deliver. Please allow up to 14 business days for remote destinations, and USA and International destinations may take longer due to customs clearance. All shipments require a signature from the recipient to complete the delivery. While we may deliver to PO Boxes, we do not recommend their use as a delivery address.
Orders placed before 11am Pacific Time will be sent out in that day's shipment. Orders placed after 11:00 am will be sent out in the next day's shipment. Orders are only processed during the Burnaby Bookstore's operating hours, excluding holidays.Priority Shipping

All graduation frame orders are subject to a $20 shipping fee, no exception. Graduation frame orders are processed by our manufacturer, and can take up to 10 business days to depart the warehouse once the order has been processed. Order may take up to 15 to 20 business days to process in May and June due to higher volume as convocations occur accross Canada. During check out, please select "Frames" as the shipping method. Express shipping is not available. Pick Up options are subject to product availability in store.
Multiple Shipments
In an effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, such as in the case if some items are on back order. Customers will only be charged shipping once regardless of how many shipments needed to complete the order.
