Returns
Please emailrisdstore@risd.edu to get pre-authorization for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
There are no returns on worn or washed clothing. All items must be in the same condition as it was when purchased; including tags.
All clearance item sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Credit will be issued in the same form that the payment was made.
No credit is given for shipping charges.Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the total of your order. For international orders, there will be an additional cost based on the order.
Items are shipped using UPS, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Rush orders available upon request, at customers' expense. All items are shipped out within 2-3 days of receipt, unless out of stock.
Packages are only shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).
